If you could count the molecules inside your head, eight out of ten would be water. Water is the liquid medium necessary for many of the chemical reactions inside you. One aspect of my new project, Water Runs Through This Book, is non-fiction, sharing facts about water, complemented beautifully by Jan Sonnenmair’s photography.
